I was skeptical about electrical muscle stimulation, but this plate completely proved me wrong. I deal with severe plantar fasciitis, and getting out of bed in the morning used to be painful. Purchased this for my daily leg fatigue and cold feet caused by poor circulation. The different massage modes are surprisingly powerful, and I love that you can fine-tune the intensity levels. This device is so much better than those heavy, bulky plastic foot massagers that take up half the living room. It is flat, flexible, and super lightweight.
